Account Settings

Your business details, bank account, payment settings and the rest of what lives under Settings in the Business Portal.

Everything about how your account is set up lives in the Business Portal under Settings, grouped into three areas.

Elevated Privileges

Some actions are considered sensitive and are blocked until you activate elevated privileges — updating your bank account details, for example.

Set this up under Settings → Security → Set up elevated privileges. Without it, the sensitive screens are read-only even for an Admin.

Passwords must be 8 or more characters and include a number, a lowercase letter, a capital letter and a special character.

Changing your bank account

Your bank account is where payouts are sent, so updating it requires elevated privileges. Set those up under Settings → Security first.

Payment Settings

Settings → Payment settings lists each brand and the payment methods enabled on it — Bank app, Pay Later, Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Select Edit beside a brand to change its options.

Each brand shows which methods are active, including which providers process its card payments.
